The hotel is situated in the center of Shrewsbury, in a lovely garden, which is wonderful to walk around and offers proximity to some charming boutique shops on the Cop. The rooms feature a beautiful garden view and an attractive bathroom with an electric shower, although there is nowhere convenient to store the suitcase. The service is remarkable, and the housekeeping is excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining experience offers strong fresh coffee and delicious home-made local products. The facilities are well-maintained, making it a cozy retreat in the old town built on a rocky promontory surrounded by the serene Severn river.

However, being opposite a pub might bring some noise at times. The rooms are spacious and come with a lovely bathroom featuring an electric shower and a huge bed, yet there is nowhere to store the suitcase.
